Salary: £25000 – £35000 dependent on experience

About the role:

We’re looking for a social media superstar to work across our portfolio of clients and bring their brands to life in an engaging and authentic way. Big Reputations are built from Big Personalities and it’s your job to get our clients’ and brands’ personalities across in the social media content we create. There’s lots of room for growth in the role as we grow as an agency, and we’re really flexible on how that looks. We also believe that skills can be taught so if you like the look of this opportunity, think you have the right personality and traits but not necessarily the exact experience – we’d still love to hear from you. 

Responsibilities:

• Social media content creation
• Social media copywriting
• Social media scheduling 
• Briefing designers and creatives on visual content needed
• Reporting across social

Skills required:

• Attention to detail and organised
• Spelling, grammar and punctuation must be on point
• Ability to write in a clear and engaging way 
• Collaborate with others who have different skill sets to get the job done
• Time management: ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
• Growth focussed and target driven 

Skills that would be useful but can be taught:

• Podcast marketing
• Video and sound editing – fit for social media purposes
• A basic knowledge of SEO
• Paid social campaign management
